The file
Every frame is developed from the raw file the way a darkroom print is worked — contrast, dodging, burning. Nothing is added that was not there.
The proof
Each photograph is proofed on the real paper before it goes on sale, so what you see on screen is what the ink can actually hold.
The print
Printed to order in Germany with pigment inks, left to dry flat overnight, then checked under daylight for dust and banding.
The parcel
Signed on the back, interleaved with tissue, rolled into a rigid tube and tracked to your door.

Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308
One paper, chosen and then never changed — so every print you order from me looks like the last one.
Hahnemühle has been making paper in Dassel, Lower Saxony since 1584. Photo Rag is their reference sheet for fine art reproduction, and it is what museums and galleries print on.
It is 100% cotton rag rather than wood pulp: no acid, no lignin, nothing in it that yellows or turns brittle with age. The cotton surface holds far more pigment than photo lab paper, which is where the deep, open blacks and the very wide colour range come from.
The finish is matte with a faint felt texture — no gloss, so no reflection to fight wherever the light in your room comes from, and the texture reads as photograph rather than poster.
At 308 gsm it has real weight in the hand. Printed with pigment inks it is rated well beyond a hundred years before any visible fading, kept out of direct sun.
